All experiences are designed to help reduce stress, anxiety and provide coping skills for those who participate fully with forest immersion. The skills learnt are designed to help you find ways to incorporate lessons into your daily life once you have attended.

Nature Therapy

Need to lighten up and have some fun? Try a Forest Therapy session where you will be immersed into the forest to practice art, journaling, mandalas, making things out of ephemeral materials and sharing with others. Followed by tea and connection.

Nature Therapy sessions are also run near the coast on beautiful quiet beaches where opportunities abound for playing in nature.

Awe Walk

Need to be reminded how connected you are? Try an Awe Walk in the forest or on the coastline. Early morning or sunset starts where we will practice silence, meditation and reflection. Awe walks are very magical!

Fully guided walk in the forest, followed by tea and conversation, guided by our first nations Nyoongar seasons.

  • Makuru (June - July) - Taste, Hear and Touch
