All experiences are designed to help reduce stress, anxiety and provide coping skills for those who participate fully with forest immersion. The skills learnt are designed to help you find ways to incorporate lessons into your daily life once you have attended.
Forest Therapy
Need to lighten up and have some fun? Try a Forest Therapy session where you will be immersed into the forest to practice art, journaling, mandalas, making things out of ephemeral materials and sharing with others. Followed by tea and connection. .

Shin rin Yoku
Want to try Shin rin Yoku? (or don't know what it is but are curious?!) Learn how to in a South West forest. Bathing sessions involve sensory connection and forest interaction. Slow guided walks, mindful practice and resting in nature. Tea, nibbles and experienced connection at the end.

Full Moon Walk
Start at twilight and immerse yourself in either a forest walk on a local private property or a local beach, followed by tea and conversation. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

Weekend Retreats
By request, a number of different forest therapy sessions and experiences over a weekend commencing Friday night at twilight. Recieve 3 fully guided bathing, sensory and forest therapy sessions, interactive lessons, notebook and take home practices and free entry to our community of “JoyTrail Blazers”. Free time between sessions for enjoying the South West and downtime allows you to process your experiences and start our own Joy Journey.
Accommodation not included.
