We all know when we spend more time in nature, we feel better. This isn’t a coincidence!

The sun does not shine for a few trees and flowers, but for the wide world’s joy.
— Henry Ward Beecher

“The opportunity that Shinrin-Yoku gave me was to completely and utterly feel immersed in nature. During the period of walking barefoot SLOWLY through the forest I felt that I was transformed back to my childhood and experienced special memories with such clarity, it brought me to tears. It was an incredible experience and, for the first time in many months, I slowed down and was able to appreciate everything around me. Afterwards I felt a true sense of elation and peace which stayed with me for several days afterwards. I would definitely recommend Jacquie’s Shinrin-Yoku session to anyone who is considering giving this a go!” Jenny P, who experienced Shinrin Yoku with Jacquie as her guide and has been raving about it ever since!
